James Hunting

Lead Elder

After moving to West London in 1996, James started to lay the foundations for church leadership by finding a fantastic wife in Lucy and developing a robust humour and steadfast smile. They have four children and one God.
Dan Smith

Elder

If a wordsmith means being skilled in the use of words, what is a Dan Smith? Dan is married to Anna and has been on staff at Crown Church since Jan 2011. Dan serves as an elder at Crown, and among other things, he leads our worship band and writes songs.
Sonya Kayson
Ben Waite

Worship Band & Life Group Leader

Ben is a former student of Sport Science at Brunel and currently works as an outstanding teacher in Watford. He leads worship and a Life Group and serves on our Living Roots youth team.
Stefan Brown

Elder

The University Lecturer who is universally loved. If you've not been to Crown Church yet, it's worth it just to meet Stefan and his wife, Jackie. Maybe one day you too can enjoy their cooking, a fusion of South Africa and Jamaica, as you hear stories of DJ-ing in the 'old days'.
James Durrant

Students & 20s

James is more driven than a London bus, (and he will never leave you waiting in the rain). He leads our student ministry with incredible passion and vision and also works as a Technology Risk Consultant in central London.
Femi Aboluwarin

Femi exercises his fine creative instincts as a free-lance musician, producer and photographer.
Prince Laryea

Both Prince and his wife Laura have a huge passion for and impact on the local youth culture. They have two kids.

Tope Koleoso

Tope Koleoso is the lead pastor of Jubilee Church. In 1995 he moved to Enfield to help plant Jubilee. From 2004, Tope has led the team of elders. He is responsible for preaching and vision. Tope is also involved in planting and supporting other churches internationally.
Ben Leaman

As our 'Support Manager', Ben has a big remit though he won't scream it. Overseeing the finances and administration of the church, Ben is also a key part of our strategic leadership. Married to Emma and with two daughters, he is a uniquely gifted and enjoyed man.
James Harland

James and Zoe were married when he was still capable of a ‘flock of seagulls’ hair style. James serveson the core team of the Bishopshalt congregation and works as a Senior manager, leading process, quality and compliance teams.
Zach David

Zach and Lois David have been an integral part of Crown Church since 2005.
Gavin Bissessar

Elder

Gavin is married to Sarah and they have been an integral part of Crown Church since 2003. Gavin serves as an elder and leads our Bishopshalt congregation.
Kate Durrant
Abbie

Abbie is on the core team of leaders supporting our Bishopshalt congregation. She is married to Sam and they have been a part of Crown since early 2016. She is a big fan of tea, and has enough tea pots to open a small cafe.
